Jennifer Yi graduated from the University of Southern California with an MFA in Film & TV production and undergraduate degree in Mass Media with a concentration in Film and a minor in Sociology. Her career mission is to utilize her perspective as a Korean-American woman and capture the experiences of voices unheard and empower those that are often overlooked. As a filmmaker, Jennifer believes that films shape the lenses that individuals use to view themselves and their communities that shape societies as a whole and fully believes in the power of diversity on and off screen.
